1Q bank Global 앱에서 이용하시던 서비스는 다국어 지원 스마트폰뱅킹 앱인 ‘하나 EZ’에서 이용해 주시기 바랍니다.

- “하나 EZ” 서비스 안내

- 최초 설치 후 간편비밀번호/패턴/생체 등 간편인증 등록 후 보안매체/인증서 없이 간편하게 이용 가능
- 마켓 또는 스토어에서 ‘하나 EZ’ 검색 또는 아래 URL 클릭
- 조회, 국내이체(원화/외화), 다양한 해외송금 서비스, 거래외국환은행 지정, 오픈뱅킹 등 이용 가능
※ 단, 외화에서 외화계좌로의 국내외화이체는 하나EZ 앱에서 제공되지 않으며, 하나원큐를 이용하시기 바랍니다.
- 최초 설치 후 간편비밀번호/패턴/생체 등 간편인증 등록 후 보안매체/인증서 없이 간편하게 이용 가능

- Alternatively, you can use the same service more conveniently in Hana EZ App.

- Biometric (fingerprint/face ID) or pattern authentication are also possible after signing up for the App.
- Search for ‘Hana EZ’ App in Google Play Store, Apple App Store or Click here
- Provides services such as Inquiry, Domestic Transfer and overseas remittance, Designation of a Foreign Exchange Transaction
Bank, Open Banking service and etc.
※ for foreign currency to foreign currency account transfer is not available in Hana EZ app, please use Hana 1Q App.
